At DOSSY, each piece is made with care, and we want you to love what you receive. However, since we are a small and growing brand, we follow a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for products once sold, unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.


2. Damaged Product Policy

If you receive a damaged product, please follow the steps below:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Your order ID

Clear photos of the damaged item

A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate your request and assist you with a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement of the item (subject to availability) .


3. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the damage appears to be caused after delivery.


4. Refunds

Refunds are only processed under special circumstances (e.g., if the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced).

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as we begin processing immediately.
